New CFO at GAMOMAT: Svenja Kempf completes a gender-balanced management team

GAMOMAT Development GmbH is starting the new year with fresh momentum: as of 1 January 2026, Svenja Kempf has taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer at the Berlin-based development studio. With her appointment, the company not only gains an experienced finance expert but also reaches an important milestone: gender parity within the management team.

With immediate effect, Svenja Kempf is responsible for Finance, Administration and Legal at GAMOMAT Development GmbH.

Svenja brings the ideal combination of analytical strength, strategic thinking and leadership skills that we need for our next phase of growth. She is an excellent addition to our leadership team, both professionally and personally. With her, we gain a CFO who combines strategic clarity with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Svenja Kempf has many years of experience in finance and management roles in high-growth, digital and international corporate environments within the gaming and entertainment industry. In her previous positions, she was responsible for global finance organisations as well as extensive transformation and restructuring projects. Her areas of expertise include the implementation of scalable reporting and planning systems, the realignment of financial processes and the close integration of finance with operational business. She stands for a strategic yet hands-on approach to financial leadership.

Since 2021, GAMOMAT has been led by a diverse leadership duo consisting of founder Dietmar Hermjohannes and Managing Director Dr Alexandra Krone. This forms part of a long-term commitment to a modern, collaborative leadership and corporate culture characterised by autonomy, shared responsibility and a strong people focus. With Svenja Kempf as CFO, this approach is now continued within the extended management board, which also includes Sabine Müller (Chief Brand & Designer Officer), Dr Sebastian Reddig (Chief Strategy Officer) and Paul Schulleri (Chief Technology Officer).
